Men in the Kitchen – Gnocchi & Sour Dough
Tuesday 27 May 5.30-8.00pm
Men; we are back in the kitchen and joined by two amazing locals; chef Anthony Pellegrino from The Paddock Restaurant at The Bundanoon Club, and Cameron Reid from Reid Brothers Furniture.
On the menu will be fresh potato gnocchi with a Napolitana & mascarpone sauce followed by crepes with a sweet mascarpone cream, berries and chocolate.
Cameron will be showing us his bread making skills with a demonstration on how to make sour dough which will also accompany the meal. Nothing short of delicious!
