Join Michelle Southan, Food Director at Taste.com.au, for a relaxed morning of Mediterranean cooking, shared food and beautiful Greek-inspired flavours designed for easy entertaining.

This hands-on cooking experience will focus on simple, flavour-packed dishes that are perfect for hosting family and friends around the table, with Michelle sharing her practical tips, entertaining ideas and approachable cooking style throughout the class.

On the menu:

  • Greek Salad Sharing Board with Whipped Feta & 2-Ingredient Flatbread
  • Scrunch Top Spanakopita
  • Easy Lamb & Eggplant Moussaka
  • Ekmek Kataifi (Greek Custard Slice)

Enjoy wine, canapés and a warm, welcoming atmosphere while cooking alongside one of Australia’s most recognised food personalities.

There will also be raffles, a door prize and plenty of opportunities to enjoy a long lunch with friends — or connect with new people who share a love of food and entertaining.

Guests will leave inspired with recipes, entertaining ideas and practical dishes they can confidently recreate at home.
