  • It’s ‘Taco Tuesday’, but not as we know it!

    We are so excited to be hosting hatted chef Roy McVeigh in our kitchen. Roy has worked at some of the best restaurants in the business, including Bather’s Pavilion, Bennelong, Berowra Waters Inn & Dragoncello, and now owns Sonora Mexican in Potts Point. Roy also taught at our friends over at Moonacres School last year so we feel very privileged to be able to offer you this class.
    Join us for a fun and informative evening that will have us making our own fresh tortillas, plus three types of original fillings with not a single packet of ‘Old el Paso’ in sight!

  • Men in the Kitchen – Gnocchi & Sour Dough

    Men; we are back in the kitchen and joined by two amazing locals; chef Anthony Pellegrino from The Paddock Restaurant at The Bundanoon Club, and Cameron Reid from Reid Brothers Furniture.
    On the menu will be fresh potato gnocchi with a Napolitana & mascarpone sauce followed by crepes with a sweet mascarpone cream, berries and chocolate.
    Cameron will be showing us his bread making skills with a demonstration on how to make sour dough which will also accompany the meal. Nothing short of delicious!

    Having troubles remembering to order? Buy a multi-kit block!

    Order up to 4 consecutive kits in one transaction and enjoy the element of surprise as we make a few meal choices for you.

    Our recipes are developed on a fortnightly basis so we can’t say what’s on all multi-kit menus, but we can say mystery meals are a great way to expand your recipe repertoire!

    Your consecutive multi-kits will start with the current menu at time of order and carry through with each subsequent kit. We will notify you once your final multi-kit has been delivered.
